Penumbra365

Penumbra365 provides free, flexible mental health and wellbeing support for adults aged 18 and over living in Aberdeen City. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or concerned about your mental health, the service offers support shaped around what matters to you. Many team members are Peer Practitioners with lived experience of mental health challenges, bringing empathy, understanding and compassion to every interaction.

Support begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling and the options that may help you move forward. This can include short‑term distress support, signposting to local resources, friendly group workshops, or up to six months of one‑to‑one support.

Support is designed to fit around your life and can take place by phone, video call, at Penumbra365 offices, or within your local community. Walk‑in support is also available at the Mackenzie Building, with the service running daily. Penumbra365 is accessed through easy self‑referral.
